Returns, Remakes & Order Changes
We want you to love your order! Because most items are custom-made, here’s how we handle issues and changes:
Report Window

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s any problem.

For damaged or incorrect items, please email clear photos of the item, label, and packaging.
What We’ll Do

If there’s a production error on our end (wrong size, color, print, or defect), we’ll remake your item at no cost.

If a remake isn’t possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved.
What’s Not Covered

Custom or personalized items that match the approved proof.

Slight color variations (within 5–10%) due to screen and printing differences.

Sizing issues when the product matches the posted size chart.

Wear-and-tear, improper care, or damage after delivery.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier that are later lost or stolen.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production starts, changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed.
DTF Transfer-Only Orders
Please double-check spelling, dimensions, and layout before approval.
We cannot replace items for customer design errors (typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect sizing) once printing begins.-
SHIPPING INFO
Production & Shipping
Each candle is custom-made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production and 2–5 business days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
For local orders, we’ll arrange a convenient drop-off day and time once your candles are ready for pickup or delivery.
